two pins. Placed 3rd at the 2006 Spartan Open in Dubuque, Iowa, defeating an NCAA Division 1 University
of Wisconsin wrestler 9-5 in the championship round.

Two-time state qualifier, three-time
conference finalist. Held a career record of 86-34 over the course of three years,
with a 34-7 record as a senior, including a 21-match winning streak. As a senior
was captain of his state-bound team. Named his team’s Most Dedicated Wrestler
in 2005.
